Netriller Software, powered by Cycodetech, provides software products, digital services, and support. By using our services or purchasing our software, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. License Agreement

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our software on one device unless otherwise stated. Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited unless you have a reseller agreement with us.

2. Payments & Subscriptions

All payments are final. Refunds may be issued only in cases of duplicate transactions or technical faults, subject to review. Subscription-based services will auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

3. Software Activation

Most products require activation via a serial key. The key is tied to your system and cannot be reused on multiple devices. Attempts to bypass licensing may result in permanent ban and legal action.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our software for illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, data theft, or unauthorized system access. Violators will be reported and blacklisted permanently.

5. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Data such as your system ID, IP address, and email may be collected solely for activation and verification purposes. We do not sell or expose your information to third parties.

6. Support & Updates

Each software license comes with a defined support period (usually 6–12 months). After the period ends, updates and support may require renewal or a maintenance fee.

7. Intellectual Property

All products and content provided by Netriller Software remain the intellectual property of Netriller and Cycodetech. Unauthorized modification or duplication is prohibited and may lead to prosecution.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our products if we detect violations of these terms or malicious behavior that could harm users or our systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by use or misuse of our software, including data loss or business interruption.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Users are encouraged to check this page regularly. Continued use of our software implies acceptance of the current terms.
