At Netriller Software, powered by Cycodetech, we are committed to providing secure transactions and fair refund practices to ensure your trust and satisfaction.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
- All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- We accept payments via:
- FLUTTERWAVE
- Paystack
- Cryptocurrency (e.g., BTC, USDT, ETH)
- Payoneer
- Direct Bank Transfer
- Gift Cards
- MTN Mobile Money (MoMo)
- All payments are processed through SSL-secured third-party gateways.
- We do not store your payment credentials (e.g., card data).
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds will not be granted for customized software, activated license keys, or once delivery is completed.
- A valid reason and proof of purchase (receipt/order ID) must be submitted for refund consideration.
3. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned via the original payment method.

If you believe an unauthorized transaction was made or wish to discuss a refund, contact our billing team immediately.
