Refunds are available within 24 hours of your purchase, provided that the product or service has not been abused, altered, or used for illicit purposes.
After this period, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of our billing department.

- Products or services that have already been used beyond initial testing or setup.
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to policy violations or illegal activities.

- Refund requests submitted after the eligible timeframe.
3. Service-Specific Rules
- RDP & VPS Services: Refunds are only applicable if server access is unavailable or system performance is significantly below specifications.
- Software Licenses & Scripts: Once activated or downloaded, these are non-refundable due to their digital nature.
- Custom Services: Development and setup fees are strictly non-refundable.

5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–7 business days

- Refund approval is subject to validation by our fraud prevention and technical teams.
- Repeated refund requests from the same client may result in account restrictions.
