• RDP & VPS Services: Refunds are only applicable if server access is unavailable or system performance is significantly below specifications.
• Software Licenses & Scripts: Once activated or downloaded, these are non-refundable due to their digital nature.
• Custom Services: Development and setup fees are strictly non-refundable.

5. Refund Method
